Bayley joined the Clearstead Institutional Consulting group in 2022. As an Associate, Bayley serves institutional clients. She reviews asset allocation, investment goals and objectives, and monthly and quarterly performance results, as well as performs manager searches and due diligence.

Prior to joining Clearstead, Bayley worked in The Ohio State University Registrar’s Office as a Student Assistant and completed an internship at a local marketing firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Bayley graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and holds a B.S.B.A. with a Finance specialization.
