Kayleigh Cowser, Esq.

Director, Trusts and Estates

Kayleigh joined Clearstead in 2020 as Director, Trusts and Estates. In this role, Kayleigh is responsible for educating clients on estate planning strategies, preparing estate and trust review analysis, and collaborating with managing directors and outside counsel to implement estate and trust planning ideas with clients. Kayleigh is uniquely able to lead and implement the firm’s estate and trust process by using her background as a practicing attorney to focus on the needs of each individual client for tailored results.

Prior to joining Clearstead, Kayleigh spent five years as a Trust and Estate Attorney at the Lynch Law Group, LLC and previously, Littlejohn Law, LLC. She was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2018, 2019, and 2020; she also teaches classes on estate and trust creation and administration and the probate process for the National Business Institute and various Pennsylvania County Bar Associations. Kayleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, philosophy, and history from Ohio Dominican University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law.
