Lauren joined Clearstead in 2023.  As Controller, Lauren leads the accounting and tax activities of the firm and works with the Clearstead leadership team on strategic projects and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activities.  She is responsible for the company’s financial statements, general ledger, budgeting, tax compliance, and all accounting processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report.

Prior to joining Clearstead, Lauren held positions within the manufacturing industry, including roles at Avery Dennison, First Brands Group, and Eaton Corporation.  She earned her Masters of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the Farmer School of Business at Miami University (Ohio) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
