The Council will lead diversity and inclusion efforts at Clearstead and foster a shared culture of accepting, respecting, and valuing differences that include age, race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, ability, language, family circumstances, diversity of thought, and cultural backgrounds.
Through EmpowHER, Clearstead seeks to recruit, retain, and develop women through education, support, mentoring, leadership training, and networking opportunities at every level of the firm. By empowering women, this initiative drives women’s success and, subsequently, the overall success of our clients.
The Clearstead Foundation supports charitable organizations in our community – including our endowments and foundation, university, and healthcare organization clients. We support these organizations through donations to endowment, events, and other activities.
