Rachael Brake joined Clearstead in 2023 and has 10 years of customer service experience. She works within the Private Client Group to ensure delivery of high-quality service to wealth management clients. She is also responsible for maintaining client relationships, onboarding new relationships, facilitating money movements, preparing meeting materials, and other tasks involved with serving wealth management clients.

Prior to joining Clearstead, Rachael Brake worked for Fifth Third Bank as a personal banker for three years assisting clients with various needs. While opening custodian, trust, estate, and business accounts she also was a financial advisor to fit clients’ needs and goals. She also worked in HR for Walmart in Florida before moving to Ohio. She has her AA in psychology, is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, and pursuing her BS in Business Management with a specialty in Finance.
