Edward S. Mielcarek, Jr.
Managing Director, IT Operations
Edward joined Clearstead’s IT team in 2020. As Managing Director of IT Operations, he maintains the firm’s technical infrastructure, assists with technical project goals, serves as a user issue escalation point, and works with numerous application, hardware, and support vendors.
Edward has over 13 years in the IT industry, and, prior to being at Clearstead, had experience working in education, telecommunications, managed services, industrial and manufacturing, and finance. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and is a Mitel Certified Support Engineer.
