Heather joined Clearstead in 2022.  As HR Generalist and Recruiter, Heather is responsible for supporting Clearstead’s rapidly growing, employee-oriented, high-performance culture, primarily focusing on talent acquisition strategies in addition to various employee programs and HR initiatives within the firm.

Heather received a B.S. in Business from Miami University focusing on Marketing and Computer Science.  Prior to joining Clearstead, Heather held positions within the banking, education, and medical industries.
