Jessica joined Clearstead in 2022 after working with the firm as a contractor supporting the Reporting & Operations team since 2006. As Director of Institutional Reporting Operations, Jessica provides performance analytic support to the most complex institutional relationships, continuing process improvement and maintenance of the department’s procedures manual, facilitating team training, and leading new client onboarding and M&A projects.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in International Business and Economics from Bowling Green State University.
