Mitch joined Clearstead in 2023 and is responsible for bridging systems and operations through functional operational excellence, process discipline and continuous improvement. He is also responsible for supporting the firm’s acquisition integration capabilities through acquisition due diligence, integration planning, and acquisition execution.

Prior to joining Clearstead, Mitch was the Manager of Investment Operations at MAI Capital Management where he oversaw daily operations and production, portfolio accounting systems and reporting, and the trading process. In his 9+ years with the firm, he assisted with the integration of more than 25 acquisitions onto internal platforms. Mitch holds a BSBA in Finance from John Carroll University and an MBA from Lake Erie College.
