Samantha joined Clearstead in 2021. As a member of the Institutional Operations group, she is responsible for account onboarding, maintenance, account transactions, and other service requests. She provides direct support to the Institutional consultants and clients. Samantha aides with internal database integrations, maintains up-to-date client information, and works with all departments to provide Institutional Clients with exceptional service.

Prior to joining Clearstead, Samantha was an Office Administrator at Renaissance Classical Academy in North Carolina. She also worked in Patient Financial Services at Cape Fear Valley Health Systems, providing customer service, and acting as point of contact for billing claims.
