Shereen joined the Clearstead team in 2022 as an IT Associate. In this role she helps with various hardware and software issues, does multiple updates and configurations, and assists with various IT projects and initiatives.
Prior to joining Clearstead, Shereen worked at a retail establishment. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Baldwin Wallace University and a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Cleveland State University.
